Easy Home remedies for Back Pain





There are several health issues which one encounter during their day to day routine. Back pain is one amongst them. Although it more commonly affects the people between the age group of 4-60, it can affect other age groups as well. According to the statics, around 80% experience slight or extreme form of back pain at any point in their whole lifetime. Back pains can be stressful to such a level that, it can affect our day to day activities. The symptoms which show up during back pain include pain in the regions of pelvis or the hips, difficulty in bending and also finding a position to sleep, as they won’t feel comfortable. The cause for such a condition can be myriad. Lack of maintaining a proper diet can be one of the major causes while muscle tension, excessive physical labor and arthritis can be other reasons. The present generation usually are affected by back pain due to lack of physical activity. With desk jobs requiring them to sit idle in front of computers, with much exercise, today’s youngsters have issue with their back. Here are some tips/home remedies to decrease back pain at home.
1.       Compress the affected area with a plastic bag wrapped with towel, containing crushed ice for 20 minutes.
2.       Massage back with hot towel, dipped in hot water
3.       Herbal oil massage, containing eucalyptus can relieve pain.
4.       Apply ginger paste on the affected area, for 15 minutes and rinse it off.
5.       Drink a cup of basil leaves boiled in water, once every day.
6.       Mix garlic oil, coconut oil, mustard oil, sesame oil and clove. Heat and strain the mixture to strain out the oil from it. Apply this on back for 20 minutes and rinse it off later.
